Data management.
Know where your data lives, who can reach it and how fast you can get it back. We back up Microsoft 365, cloud systems, servers and laptops, keep a copy that cannot be altered, and prove that the restore works.

In detail.
Microsoft 365 backup
Microsoft keeps the service running, and keeps deleted items only for a limited time. We back up mailboxes, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams to a separate location, so a deleted mailbox or an overwritten file can be restored long after Microsoft’s own recycle bin has emptied.
Cloud backup
Backups sent to cloud storage are encrypted before they leave and kept away from the office, so a fire, a theft or a failed drive does not take the copy with it. Systems that already live in the cloud, such as Google Workspace and cloud servers, are backed up too.
Server backup
Physical and virtual servers are backed up as whole images and as files, so we can bring back one document, one database or the entire machine. Databases and line-of-business applications are captured in a consistent state.
Endpoint backup
Laptops and desktops hold more work than anyone admits. We back them up wherever they are, in the office or at home, so a lost or broken laptop costs a device and not the work on it.
Immutable backup
An immutable backup cannot be changed or deleted until its retention period ends, even with an administrator’s password. It is the copy that ransomware, or a mistake, cannot reach.
Disaster recovery
A written plan for losing a server, an office or a cloud account: what comes back first, how long it takes, how much recent work could be lost and who does what. We agree those targets with you and build the backups to meet them.
Backup monitoring
We watch every backup job. A failed or missed job raises an alert that a person follows up, and a regular report shows what was protected, what failed and what we did about it.
Recovery testing
A backup is only proven when it has been restored. We restore files, mailboxes and whole servers on a schedule, time how long it takes and record the result, so the first real restore is not the first attempt.
How it works.
-
Map
We find where data is stored, who owns it and what would hurt most to lose.
-
Protect
Backups, permissions and retention are set up to match.
-
Test
We restore files on purpose, so you know it works before you need it.
-
Maintain
Reports show what was backed up, what failed and what we did about it.
